Regrettably, due to ongoing infrastructure work being performed by National Grid impacting the business premises, we might not be able to despatch quite as many customer order per day as usual. These works are scheduled to run between Monday 6th of July 2026 and Friday 10th of July 2026.
We are currently subject to road closures on both sides of the premises and intermittent power cuts whilst National Grid carry out upgrades the overhead power cables that serve the business premises.
As a direct result of this we will be subject to a reduced shipping quota during the period of the works. Due to the unpredictable nature of the power interruptions we are unable to predict exactly how much impact this will have on order packing and shipping label creation.
We would like to apologise in advance for any disruption that may be experienced by customers. Please rest assured that we will be working as hard as we can to minimise any potential disruption and make sure that orders are shipped out as quickly as possible.
