The Issue
We've been made aware that some customers have experienced issues with accessing the shopping cart and subsequently the checkout.
Products will have appeared to add to the shopping cart but clicking the cart icon resulted in the fly out saying the cart was empty and navigating to a different page then resulted in the cart count going back to none.
The Cause
This appears to have been caused by some kind of incompatibility with the ajax cart, the theme our website uses and the caching used to speed things up.
How We're Going To Make It Right
We appreciate that this will have been incredibly frustrating so in an effort to apologise we are re-enabling the Black Friday sale until the end of Monday (01/12/2025 23:59:59).
In addition to this, anyone who places an order with us during the sale period will also receive a free gift as a gesture of goodwill (maximum 1 gift per person and 1 gift per address).
We are very sorry for any inconvenience or frustration that this may have caused.
