MG MSN-04 Sazabi (Ver. Ka) 1/100

This is a Master Grade Gunpla model of the MSN-04 Sazabi mobile suit featured in Mobile Suit Gundam Char's Counter Attack.

This MG Gunpla kit features pre-coloured parts and snap fit assembly allowing for the finished model to be built ready for display without the need for glues or paints. When completed you will have an articulated model that faithfully reproduces the MSN-04 Sazabi mobile suit as piloted by Char Aznable in 1/100th scale.

This kit features a full inner frame, some of which comes in an injection metallic silver offering a metallic finish without the need to paint.

The cockpit ball is enclosed within the head of the mobile suit and can be seen as part of the inner frame of the suit. A clear version of the cockpit ball is included which can be used to display the included 1/100 scale seated pilot figure of Char Aznable alongside the mobile suit.

The head features an opening cockpit which provides access to the movable mono-eye. The mono-eye can be illuminated by removing the head and placing a (sold separately) Gunpla LED Unit (green) into the neck of the mobile suit.

The Sazabi comes fully equipped with all of its weapons and equipment seen in Char's Counter Attack as well as a new weapon that was shown in initial story boards of the movie but never made it into the final product. These include:

• Beam Shot Rifle - the suits main ranged offensive weapon, the Beam Shot Rifle features a rechargeable energy cap and two barrels, one which fires standard beam shots and a second which fires scattershot-like beam blasts akin to a shotgun for more devastating close range attacks. On this model the pistol grip and pump grip both feature articulation.
• Long Rifle - an optional long range rifle previously only seen as part of storyboard art now available in model form for the first time. The stock of this model can be extended.
• Shield - the rear of the shield houses three small missiles and a storage rack for the sazabis Beam Tomahawks.
• Funnel System - two large funnel racks on the rear of the mobile suit house its six funnel weapons. These remotely operated beam weapons can be independently operated. The funnel rack features opening and closing panels to support deployment of the funnels and the funnels themselves feature articulated thruster covers.
• Beam Tomahawk - the primary melee weapons used by the Char, the kit comes with two Beam Tomahawks. The Beam Tomahawks feature multiple beam emitters allowing for differing power outputs to suit various engagements. To reflect this the model kit comes with two different styles of clear green beam axe blade effect parts, both regular sized and larger ones with elongated blades. The two Beam Tomahawks can be combined together allowing for them to be reconfigured into a large beam axe or a beam naginata. Whilst in axe form they are also compatible with the clear green beam saber effect part.
• Beam Saber - two Beam Sabers are included as backup melee weapons. When not in use these are stored in the forearms of the Sazabi. Two clear green beam blade effect parts are included for use with the Beam Sabers.

A sheet of marking decals designed by Hajime Katoki are included allowing the addition of extra surface detail to the finished kit.

This kit features articulated hands which come pre-moulded on the runners using insert moulding technology. All joints of the fingers are movable. The base of the thumb also moves with a crank to achieve a expressive poses.
