MG Concept-X 6-1-2 Turn X 1/100

This is a Master Grade Gunpla model of the Concept-X 6-1-2 Turn X mobile suit featured in Turn A Gundam.

This MG Gunpla kit features pre-coloured parts and snap fit assembly allowing for the finished model to be built ready for display without the need for glues or paints. When completed you will have a fully articulated model that faithfully reproduces the Concept-X 6-1-2 Turn X piloted by Gym Ghingham and featured in Turn A Gundam in 1/100th scale.

Having mechanical design input from Syd Mead the finished model features a very striking asymmetric design. Multiple clear parts are used throughout the mobile suit, including the chest which allows for the recognisably damage to be seen.

The head of this model kit features an opening cockpit hatch which when opened reveals the seated 1/100 scale pilot figure.

Multiple transformation and disassembly gimmicks are included allowing the All Range Attack to be recreated which sees the mobile suit break down into multiple independently controlled subunits. 

In order to support this pose a specialised display stand is included with multiple support arms allowing the individual subunits to be displayed. An adapter piece is also included allowing for the whole mobile suit to be attached to the display stand via a connection underneath the backpack which provides a stable mounting point.

The feet of the mobile suit feature multiple points of articulation allowing them to function a gripping claws when used in the all range attack.

This model of the Turn X comes with its array of iconic weaponry and equipment, including:

• Carapace Weapon Platform - a multipurpose weapons storage and transportation platform housed on the back of the mobile suit. It stores all of the mobile suits portable weapons systems including:
  • Bazooka - with folding handle
  • Beam Rifle - with folding handle
  • Hand Beam Gun
  • 3-Tube Missile Launcher - attaches to the carapace weapon platform via an optional articulated storage arm.
• Fusion and Crushing Manipulator - the end of the right arm features a large articulated claw like manipulator that is capable of crushing opposing mobile suits. It also includes a Triple Beam Projection System which is used for its shining finger attack, a huge beam weapon capable of devastating output. A clear orange shining finger effect part is included for recreating attack poses.

The left hand of this mobile suit features an articulated thumb and swappable fingers to support a wide variety of poses both with and without the included weaponry.

A 1/100 standing pilot figure of Gym Ghingham is included which this kit that can be displayed alongside the mobile suit. A seated version is also included which is placed inside of the cockpit during the build.

To add further details to the finished kit two sheets of marking decals are included. One sheet of dry transfer unit designation markings and another sheet of sticker style caution marking decals.
