Option Parts Set Gunpla 15 (Cavalier Aifrid) 1/144 - Product Description
The Cavalier Aifrid support craft from Suit Gundam Seed Freedom is now available as an option parts set!
Using pre-coloured moulded parts and snap fit assembly it is possible to build an articulated coloured model of the Cavalier Aifrid without the need for any glues or paints.
The wing parts can be deployed to display the support craft in its flight form.
The missile pods feature functional hatches which can be opened or closed as desired to recreate scenes where the missiles are used.
To provide a high level of compatibility with a wide range of gunpla kits an array of adapter pieces are included which will allow this support unit to be attached to most gunpla kits regardless of the kind of backpack adapter they use. These adapters can also be used to provide Gundam Seed Gunpla kits with a greater range of compatibility when using backpacks from other universes. Specific backpack adapters are included for the HGCE Z'Gok (Seed Freedom Ver.) 1/144 gunpla kit. Joints are also included which allow the railgun to mount to a wide variety of kits.
A Prototype Type 35 Modified Railgun is included with this kit.
The Cavalier Aifrid has a range of onboard weaponry, including:
- BFF-M1 76mm Rapid-fire/Twin Gun - a small turreted weapon mounted to the top of the unit, on this model kit it is capable of rotating through a full 360 degrees,
- AQM/W-2033D Hyper Impulse Gun "Savitri" - these two large beam cannons on the front of the unit feature articulated joints allowing them to swing forwards into their firing position.
- AIM-902 AGMRAAM "Grand" - Two 6 tube missile launchers located on the front of the unit, these feature functional hatches which can be opened to closed to reveal the missiles within.
An Action Base 7 display stand is included to support this unit being displayed in aerial poses.
