FG RX-78-2 Gundam 1/144 - Product Description
This FG RX-78-2 Gundam gunpla model kit is a faithful recreation of the very first gunpla model kit and was released to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Mobile Suit Gundam.
Faithfully replicating the build of the very first gunpla kit including its articulation at the head, shoulders, upper arms, elbows, wrists, hips, knees and ankles all without the use of polycaps. True to the original release this kit requires glue to be used during assembly and comes cast in a single colour of plastic so you will need to paint the finished kit to achieve colour accuracy.
Relive the original gunpla experience whilst building this model of Amuro Ray's famous mobile suit featured in the original 1979 Mobile Suit Gundam anime.
The beam saber hilts on the backpack can be detached and two beam sabers with deployed beams are included which can be displayed held in the hand. The beam rifle and shield are also included to complete the gundams standard weapon load out.
With this being a recreation of the first ever gunpla model kit, glues to be used during assembly and is cast in a single colour of plastic which will require painting to complete the finished look of the mobile suit. Just like the original release!
