RG God Gundam 1/144 - Product Description
This Real Grade Gunpla kit of the GF13-017NJII God Gundam piloted by Domon Kasshu and featured in Mobile Fighter G Gundam features an updated design take on the classic mobile suit with enhanced surface details and a more mechanical focus giving the impression of a more realistic looking machine when complete.
This model kit utilises pre-coloured moulded plastic parts and snap fit assembly allowing the model to be built and displayed without the need for any glues or paints.
To support this mobile suits heavy focus on martial arts hand to hand combat this kit has been designed to be the most articulated real grade kit released until this point. To replicate movement seen by the human body a great deal of care was paid to the articulation of every joint.
Advanced MS Joints have been used in the shoulders and wrists which allow the kit to recreate the iconic arms crossed pose that this particular mobile suit is known for.
The RG God Gundams torso includes a mechanism which provides it with a significant range of movement when leaning backwards, forwards and also left and right. The shoulders include an extension gimmick giving them an impressive range of movement at the sides.
The neck has a three-axis articulation structure, allowing for movements such as tucking the chin in and thrusting the face forward.
The extension and contraction seen in muscles of the human body when bending the knees has been represented by depressing a part on the back side of the thigh parts. The knee armour has additional articulation, recreating movement that is just like the human body.
A new mechanism is used for the movement of the toes, this allows the feet to lay flat on the ground even whilst the legs are almost horizontal to the ground.
Multi-stage movement from the chest to the waist, and the introduction of a sliding mechanism in the hip joints makes it possible to kick up the legs while lifting up the front waist armour.
The Core Lander when not used as the backpack for the God Gundam can be detached and displayed separately in its core lander form. Each wing of the backpack/Core Lander is articulated and can be positions as desired. This allows for them to be spread apart for displaying the God Gundam with the included ring effect part.
The God Gundam comes with a range of accessories included 2 beam swords with clear effect parts, a range of posed hands for recreating fighting scenes and a ring effect part.
