RG MS-06S Char's Zaku II 1/144

This RG gunpla of the MS-06S Zaku II (Char's custom) mobile suit from Mobile Suit Gundam features a new design take on the classic mobile suit with enhanced surface details and a more mechanical focus giving the impression of a more realistic looking machine when complete.

This kit features a pre-coloured moulded plastic parts and snap fit assembly technology which allows the finished articulated model of the mobile suit to be built and displayed without the need for any glues or paints. The resulting model is a faithful reproduction of the MS-06S Char's Zaku II piloted by Char Aznable in the events of the original Mobile Suit Gundam.

Utilising an Advanced MS Joint internal frame that comes partially pre-assembled right on the runners this model kit builds up in a convincing manner that is reminiscent of a real world version of the iconic mobile suit. Giving you the experience of building a mobile suit from the frame up, first building the internal frame and then attaching layered armour panels on top.

To enhance the realistic mechanisms this model features the widest degree of movement allowing for many iconic scenes from the anime to be recreated, including the famous kick scene.

Various aspects of linked movements where the internal frame and external armour slide and extend in unison are used in this kit. This can notably be seen in the upper leg and around the knee with multiple linked armour panels that will move when the knee it bent.

The mobile suits distinctive colour scheme is reproduced with moulded colours. Multiple different shades of red are used across the armour panels and significant surface details are included to really show the intricate panelling that would be present on a real world version of the zaku.

The power pipes on this kit use a unique construction method ensuring that articulation remains unhindered and the pipes always retrain a natural look regardless of how the kit is posed.

This model features an opening cockpit hatch build into the chest of the mobile suit.

This set comes with a full array of weapons and equipment for use with the Zaku II providing you with its full standard load out. Including:

• 120mm Zaku Machine Gun - with articulated scope camera and movable foregrip allowing for two handed firing poses. A small peg is build into the weapon grip allowing for a more secure connection when held in the hand. The drum magazine features fine details within showing the stacked ammunition. When removed the drum magazine can be stored on the skirting armour of the mobile suit. 
• Zaku Bazooka - with articulated scope camera and moveable foregrip allowing for two handed firing poses. Then main handle of this weapon features a small peg allowing for a more secure grip when held in the hand. When not in use this weapon can be stored on a deployable mounting point built into the rear skirting armour of the mobile suit. 
• Heat Hawk - offering melee capability this axe can be stored on the skirting armour using the provided storage piece.
• Shoulder Shield - a shield in build into the right shoulder of the mobile suit providing defensive capability. 

Multiple hand options are included allowing for a range of posing opportunities both with and without the included weaponry.

The kit also includes a 1/144th scale standing Char Aznable pilot figure.

For additional surface details a range of marking decals are included with this kit. These include caution markings, unit designation markings and various chrome details to be used across the inner frame and outer armour of the kit to provide fine surface details without the need for complex masking and painting.
